The New Jersey Employees Charitable Campaign (NJECC) held its 2018 Recognition Ceremony on Wednesday, April 10th.
The NJECC Chair Jared Maples, Director of Homeland Security and Preparedness, NJECC Campaign Manager Susan O’Brien, NJECC Steering Committee Chair Donna Murphy and Paula Aldarelli Executive Director of EarthShare NJ recognized the volunteers for their dedicated efforts and support. As Susan O’Brien stated; “We don’t just raise money for nonprofits, we change the world by helping these amazing nonprofits live up to their inspiring visions.”
The NJECC provides a convenient channel through which State and Local Units of Government employees may support the efforts of charitable fundraising organizations and charitable agencies.
Thanks to the generosity of state and local public employees, more than $49 million has been donated to local, national, and international charities through the NJECC. That’s the Power of Giving!
